Three great interviews, well-balanced views and filled with incredibly valuable insights!
Audrey talks about it not only being important to have a black head but to make sure the environment/structures are in place - the scope should be broader than just the head at Rodean, they shifted three other key roles before the head. Being intentional. Engaging. Aligning all stakeholders- not just transformation but guiding principles of the school. And continue to support those changes. The hard work begins when those people come on board.
